Question:

Can someone urinating while standing if it is not about him or his clothes?

answer:

It's okay pee standing up when it is needed, provided that, the place is closedso that no one else who saw his private parts and do not splash urine. It isbased on the history of
 Hudhayfah-rodliallaahu 'anhu, that the Prophet صلی الله عليه وسلم walked to the end of the dump of a people, then he would urinate while standing. (Agreed upon. HR. Al-Bukhari in Al-Wudu '(2224); Muslims inath-Thaharah (273)). 

Nevertheless, it is better done with a sitting / squatting,because that was the majority performed by the Prophet صلی الله عليه وسلم, by staying close genitalia and careful not to splash urine.
